Responsibilities

• Supports new business strategy and revenue generation by evaluating referrals to assess alignment with HNW/UHNW criteria and routes to Private Client or Personal Lines.
• Develops and implements renewal strategy based on client risk profiles, market conditions and carrier options.
• Analyzes markets, products, and coverage options to recommend optimal, competitively priced solutions.
• Manages end-to-end new business placement: preparation, submission, follow-up, and documentation of applications, quotes, and carrier communications.
• Leverages carrier and underwriter relationships to negotiate favorable pricing and coverage terms.
• Delivers comprehensive proposals reflecting coverages, premiums, and underwriting outcomes.
• Collaborates with sales and service teams to align placement with sales objectives.
• Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements; ensures quotes and proposals comply with laws.
• Stays updated on industry trends and new products for insights and recommendations.
• Adopts innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, to enhance client service.
