Job summary

Reach Social is seeking a highly motivated, fast-learning creator strategist to develop and manage creator programs for our TikTok Shop accounts. You will recruit top creators, structure affiliate campaigns, and optimize content and performance metrics to drive GMV growth.

You will partner with senior ecommerce stakeholders, coordinate cross-functionally, and own live campaigns from briefing to post-analysis. A passion for creators and data-driven iteration is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in organic content creation, social media marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• 1 year experience in TikTok Shop.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about creators and building a creator community.
• Solid knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behavior.
• Willingness to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts.
• Design and manage open plans, target plans, and TAP campaigns.
• Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output.
• Source high-quality creators and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate creator briefs, content expectations, and posting cadence.
• Monitor GMV, content output, ROI; identify winning creators and formats.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Media Buyers, Shop Ops; align campaigns with promotions.
• Launch and optimize multiple affiliate campaigns to drive GMV growth and become a trusted partner.
