Job summary

RMantra Solutions Inc. seeks a network operations professional to support DoD, UC, and DRSN environments. You will configure, analyze, and resolve complex network issues across TDM and SIP trunks while coordinating with customers and internal leaders.

The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2, and a willingness to work a 24x7 shift. You will monitor alarms, document incidents, and ensure timely restoration of services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must be able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Experience with UC and DRSN operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve network issues using a broad knowledge of network architecture.
• Notify contacts based on incidents across networks, circuits, or locations.
• Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Monitor network alarms via platform tools to maintain availability.
• Record and track incident tickets through lifecycle with incident management apps.
• Provide global situational awareness and post-incident restoration validation.
