Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks a Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician III to work onsite in a 24x7 shift, ensuring maximum network availability and incident resolution across UC environments. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, monitoring, and coordination with stakeholders.

The candidate must hold a DoD Top Secret clearance and a Security+ CE (or equivalent) certification, with familiarity in voice and IP networking, and a capability to operate across JUniper/Cisco platforms

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve issues using broad network knowledge and ServiceNow.
• Notify contacts based on incidents across networks, circuits or locations.
• Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
