Job summary

Leidos is hiring for a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician III to support the DISA DGOC. The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance and 24x7 shift availability, including nights and weekends.

You will perform network operations, incident management, and customer coordination to ensure maximum service availability. As part of the UC/DRE and DECO teams, you will use ServiceNow for incident tracking and collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve complex network issues and implement

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification or equivalent is required before start.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment including nights and weekends.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance is required.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform network operations and support DGOC duties as part of UC operations.
• Create/update/resolve issues using the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate with customers and UC stakeholders to ensure network availability.
• Monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness.
• Process incident tickets and document outages and resolutions.
• Maintain route plans, device profiles, and route partitions configurations.
• Escalate incidents as needed and communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and recommend UC and DRSN related solutions and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Support ongoing training and process improvement for the operations team.
