Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician III to support the DISA DGOC in a 24x7 shift environment. The role focuses on network operations, ticketing, and escalation to ensure maximum availability for DoD missions. U.S. citizenship and an active secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities include incident management, configuration maintenance, customer engagement, and cross-team collaboration to resolve outages and improve network resiliency across TDM and SIP trunks.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Requires understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.
• Desired qualifications include cyber transport experience, circuit actions, and familiarity with alarm surveillance, call routing, SIP, and VTC technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve problems using a broad network knowledge and Service Now platform.
• Notify contacts based on incidents affecting networks, circuits or locations.
• Execute network operations including configuration and analysis of TDM and SIP trunks.
• Collaborate with customers and UC stakeholders to maximize network availability and minimize impact.
• Proactively monitor network alarms across management tools.
• Provide global situational awareness support to customers.
• Verify service restoration after ticket resolution and communicate status.
• Document incident lifecycles and resolutions in incident management systems.
• Maintain route plans, device profiles, and calling search spaces.
• Assess and recommend resolutions for network incidents and configuration deficiencies.
• Develop solutions for UC and DRSN operations.
