Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician III to support DISA-provided GIG capabilities in the 24x7 DGOC. The role requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance and involves shift work including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include incident management, network configuration, and operational support to maximize network availability and minimize mission impact, leveraging ServiceNow and Cisco/Juniper environments.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve network issues using Service Now and network knowledge.
• Coordinate with contacts on incidents affecting networks, circuits, or locations.
• Execute network operations including configuration of TDM/SIP trunks to ensure high availability.
