Job summary

RMantra Solutions Inc. seeks a Network Operations Specialist to perform, train, and develop processes for enterprise network support, focusing on time-sensitive incidents and service restoration across TDM and SIP trunks.

You will work with UC stakeholders and customers, monitor alarms, document outages in incident management tools, and ensure maximum network availability while maintaining DoD security clearances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 Security+ CE or equivalent required prior to start.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/resolve unclear problems using the Service Now platform.
• Notify contacts based on incidents affecting networks or locations.
• Execute network operations including configuration and analysis of customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to maximize network availability and minimize impact.
• Proactively monitor network alarms with platform tools.
• Provide global situational awareness support to customers.
• Verify service restoration after ticket resolution.
• Record and monitor incident tickets in incident management systems.
• Document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions during the lifecycle of a service impacting network incident.
• Maintain route plans and device profiles.
• Assess and recommend resolutions to network incidents and/or configuration deficiencies.
• Develop solutions for UC and DRSN operations.
