Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years in business/health insurance with 5 years analyzing requirements and conducting UAT; 1 year leading UAT.
• 5+ years delivering quality UAT in corporate projects; experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business work stream from user perspective and review requirements, architecture and design.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests with data prep and tools.
• Report results, defects, fixes and lead UAT defect triage by business impact.
• Plan and lead business test activities; develop estimates, plans, schedules and milestones.
• Monitor UAT progress and report to management with metrics and KPIs.
