You will plan, execute, and govern test activities, coordinate data, and lead defect triage with stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Business or related field and 5–7 years in health industry for Level III; 8+ years for Level IV.
• Experience defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing with leading UAT.
• Experience leading UAT in corporate projects and improving quality via metrics.

Responsabilités

• Understand the business work stream and review requirements and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression and end-to-end tests with data prep and tools.
• Lead UAT defect triage, manage estimates, plans, schedules, and risks.
• Mentor the UAT team and report status to management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on KPIs and post-implementation support.
