Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV to guide UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional testing across multiple Agile teams. You will review requirements, create tests, and drive delivery with quality in mind.

In this role, leadership, organization, and collaboration are key as you coordinate resources, mentor analysts, and report progress to stakeholders. A healthcare domain background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field plus 5–7 years in health industry and 5 years defining and analyzing requirements, with 1 year leading UAT.
• UAT leadership experience with multiple corporate projects and ability to lead continuous improvement in UAT.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream from a user perspective and review requirements, system and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression and end-to-end tests with data preparation and testing tools.
• Report results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage.
• Plan and lead testing activities, manage risks, scope and resources, and develop estimates and milestones.
• Mentor the UAT team and collaborate with peers to ensure coverage and quality.
