Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV to drive UAT planning, execution, and quality across multiple Agile teams in a hybrid role with primary offices in various locations. The role emphasizes ensuring KPI alignment, coordinating with business stakeholders, and advancing testing maturity within the organization.

The candidate will mentor QA staff, lead test strategy development, and contribute to go-live activities while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years in health business testing and requirements analysis.
• 5 years leading and delivering quality UAT in corporate projects; 1 year in team leadership for Level III.
• Level IV requires 7+ years in UAT and 2 years of leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand business work streams and review requirements and design docs.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests with data preparation.
• Report results, defects, and lead UAT defect triage with business impact.
• Plan and lead test activities, manage risks, scope, and resources.
• Create UAT strategies and manage execution across Agile teams.
• Monitor UAT progress and report to management with KPIs.
• Mentor QA Analysts and advise Product Owners on KPIs.
• Support go-live activities and drive process improvements.
