Cambia Health is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV for a hybrid role across multiple US offices, including Vancouver. The role focuses on assuring quality UAT activities within a business work stream, aligning with KPIs to improve member health journeys.

The position requires strong organization, excellent communication, and experience leading UAT in complex projects. Healthcare domain knowledge and Facets experience are highly valued. Relocation and commuting considerations apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years in business/health insurance or health industry and 5 years defining and analyzing requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing with 1 year leading UAT.
• IV level requires 8+ years in industry and 7 years defining requirements with 2 years leading UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the business work stream from a user perspective and review requirements and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression and end-to-end tests, including data preparation and tools.
• Report results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage by business impact.
• Plan and lead the business's test activities, manage estimates, plans, schedules and risks.
• Create UAT testing strategies and manage resource estimates and schedules for planned activities.
• Monitor UAT progress and report progress and recommendations to management, using metrics.
