Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator III or IV to oversee UAT testing across business work streams, ensuring high-quality delivery while protecting KPIs. The role sits in the Business Operations Learning & Development team and requires strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Level III/IV responsibilities include defining test strategies, coordinating across multiple Agile teams, and driving continuous improvement in UAT processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of business, health insurance or general health industry experience for Level III; 8+ years for Level IV.
• 5 years of experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing.
• 2 years of experience leading and delivering quality UAT in support of corporate projects (IV requires 2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream from a business user's perspective and review requirements and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end tests, including test data preparation and using testing tools.
• Report test results, submit defects, verify fixes, and lead UAT defect triage.
• Plan and lead the business's test activities and manage risks, scope, and resources.
• Create UAT testing strategies and manage execution across teams and projects.
• Monitor UAT progress and report to management using metrics.
• Lead and mentor the Business Test Team and advise Product Owners on KPIs.
