Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years in business/health insurance plus 5 years defining business requirements and UAT.
• Experience leading and delivering quality UAT across projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand business work streams and review requirements and designs.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression and end-to-end tests with data preparation.
• Lead UAT defect triage and manage risks, scope and resources.
• Mentor UAT Analysts and communicate KPI progress to management.
