Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Test Lead Coordinator IV for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will guide UAT across multiple Agile teams, translate business requirements into test cases, and ensure quality benchmarks are met for complex programs in healthcare.

You will prepare data, execute tests, track defects, and drive Go-Live readiness while mentoring the QA team and collaborating with product owners and development partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in health insurance or similar.
• 7+ years defining requirements, testing, and UAT leadership.
• Experience writing and running queries to support UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end business work streams and inform UAT strategy.
• Define test data, execute tests, log defects and verify fixes.
• Lead UAT across multiple Agile teams and projects.
• Develop and govern UAT plans, schedules, and metrics.
• Mentor Business Test Team and analysts for quality improvements.
