Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of business/health insurance experience and 5 years defining and analyzing requirements, process modeling, and acceptance testing with 1 year leading UAT.
• 8+ years for Level IV with 7 years leading UAT across multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business work stream and review requirements, architecture and design documents.
• Develop and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests with data preparation and tools.
• Plan and lead testing activities, manage risks and resources.
• Create UAT strategies and manage execution across teams and projects.
• Monitor progress, report metrics, and mentor QA analysts and testers.
• Advise Product Owners on KPIs and support go-live activities.
