Promon, a Norwegian cybersecurity company, is expanding its U.S. presence and seeking a hands-on, field-focused sales leader to own the Americas revenue and drive the sales engine. You will lead a team of account executives, own the U.S.

bookings target, and be accountable for hitting the number. You will drive the upsell motion with customers and partners, coach the team, and ensure a clean forecast while pursuing logo wins across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Solid sales leadership experience with full ownership of results.
• Cybersecurity experience is required.
• Proven quota attainment across multiple quarters.
• Able to build credibility with CISO-level buyers and senior security stakeholders.
• Player-coach who leads from the front and develops a team.

• Own the Americas sales target and drive the bookings for Promon Shield.
• Lead upsell motions to existing customers, direct and via partners.
• Coach, develop, and hold account executives to a high performance standard.
• Drive prospecting and pipeline in priority market verticals with disciplined forecasting.
• Win new logos across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
