Job summary

Promon is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales U.S. to lead our U.S. sales efforts for Promon Shield.

You will own the Americas revenue targets, drive the upsell motion with customers and partners, and actively engage in key deals to model success for the team. You will coach and develop account executives, build robust pipelines in priority verticals, and implement a disciplined sales process with accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team with full ownership of results.
• Proven ability to operate in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity is required and familiarity with security tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. sales target for Promon Shield and the Americas.
• Drive upsell motions to existing customers, directly and via partners.
• Lead key deals in front of the team and model best practices for deal progression.
• Coach and develop a team of account executives and set a high performance bar.
• Drive prospecting and pipeline in priority market verticals with deep account knowledge.
• Embed a repeatable sales methodology and maintain a clean, accurate forecast.
