Sales Director, North America – Cybersecurity Services
We are hiring a Sales Director (Hunter + Account Manager) with 10-12 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in North America. The role involves new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Utilize an existing network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and security professionals to identify and close new cybersecurity service deals.
- Account Management & Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with current clients, focusing on satisfaction, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in North America.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends, competitors, and regulations to position offerings effectively.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work with marketing, product development, and pre-sales teams to drive sales success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10-12 years in cybersecurity sales, selling services, platforms, or solutions within North America.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through enterprise deal closing.
- Strong network of cybersecurity decision-makers to generate pipeline and sales.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to articulate complex security solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and security teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel; preferred locations include Texas, New Jersey, or New York.
