Sales Director, North America – Cybersecurity Services
We are hiring a Sales Director (Hunter + Account Manager) with 10-12 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in the North American market. This role involves new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Utilize an extensive network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and security professionals to identify and close new cybersecurity service opportunities.
- Account Management & Growth: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in North America.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and pre-sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10-12 years in cybersecurity sales, selling services, platforms, or solutions within North America.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through enterprise deal closures.
- Strong network of cybersecurity decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to articulate complex security solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, security teams, and IT decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed, preferably based in Texas, New Jersey, or New York.
