Job summary

myPOS is expanding its field sales team in Tuscany and seeks a motivated Field Sales Representative to introduce our payment solutions to local merchants. You will own the territory, manage your pipeline, and drive growth with a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions.

The role offers onboarding, structured ramp-up, and opportunities to earn bonuses as you hit targets. You will travel regionally and represent myPOS at events to grow the footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confident approaching new businesses and speaking with decision makers in person.
• Consultative selling approach to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Tuscany.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work toward acquisition and performance targets with bonuses for milestones.
• Represent myPOS at local events, trade fairs, and within the business community.
