Job summary

SumUp is seeking an Experienced Field Sales Consultant to operate as a self-employed, commission-only professional in a local territory. You will prospect, visit businesses in person, and tailor SumUp’s payment, POS and software solutions to owners and managers.

You’ll handle the entire sales cycle, maintain activity in your CRM, and report progress to the Territory Manager. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales experience in business-to-business environments.
• Proven ability to prospect new customers and build a pipeline.
• Experience selling to small and medium businesses and engaging with owners/decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers through in-person visits and direct outreach.
• Target local businesses with high payment volumes to leverage SumUp products.
• Assess customer needs and recommend payments, card-processing, hardware, POS and software solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
