Job summary

myPOS is expanding and seeks a Field Sales Representative to cover Naples. You will identify, meet, and convert local merchants to myPOS payment solutions, while owning the full sales cycle and building lasting relationships.

This field-based role offers a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions, with onboarding, training, and performance-driven bonuses. You should have proven B2B field sales experience in fintech or payments, a consultative selling style, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• B2B field sales experience in fintech/payments SaaS or related industries.
• Consultative selling approach with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Native Italian and conversational English are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Naples.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to assess needs and demonstrate myPOS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow the territory.
• Work toward acquisition and performance targets with bonuses for milestones.
• Represent myPOS at local events, trade fairs, and in the business community.
