Job summary

Catalyst Recruiting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead B2B outside sales for turnkey engineered projects. You will manage a mixed portfolio of accounts, visit sites, and collaborate with engineering and logistics to delivery complex solutions.

This role involves travel ~30%, primarily in-office when not visiting customers, and a clear path to career growth within a technical sales environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling engineered custom solutions (products + services).
• Skilled in technical/consultative selling to uncover value beyond price.
• Excellent communication on-site, with customers, and in presentations.
• Willing/able to climb around operating manufacturing plants, warehouses, etc.
• Work with engineering plans or similar.
• Employer does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Sell Turnkey Projects (not just items) including inspection, engineering, manufacturing, installation/construction.
• Work with qualified leads and develop new opportunities throughout the territory.
• Perform site surveys to address ANSI/OSHA compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed quotations for site-specific engineered products.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, inside sales and logistics for seamless delivery.
• Resolve shipping, credit, engineering, and other obstacles to close deals.
• Leverage market analysis and tracking tools to generate new business.
• Maintain CRM records of all activity and progress.
