Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Sales professional to develop and grow its Oklahoma and North Texas territory. This remote, field-based role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with construction partners, and managing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside B2B sales in construction materials or related services, plus strong CRM usage, communication, and negotiation skills. Travel throughout the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience in commercial/industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Oklahoma and North Texas territory.
• Prospect for new customers and projects with contractors, developers, erectors, owners, architects, engineers.
• Identify opportunities early and manage projects through the full sales cycle from proposal to close.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals to convert opportunities into new business.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management to deliver accurate proposals and strong customer experiences.
• Maintain an organized CRM and active sales pipeline, and grow existing accounts.
