Qualifications

• Must have extensive B2B sales to decision makers.
• Experience selling engineered/custom safety products.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B outside sales as a hunter with a technical consultative approach.
• Work with company-provided qualified leads and find own leads; pursue both.
• Perform site surveys to address ANSI (and OSHA) compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed quotations for site-specific engineered products.
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales and logistics to deliver a seamless experience.
• Resolve shipping, credit, or engineering issues that hinder sales.
• Track activities in CRM and analyze market trends to generate new business.
