Job summary

Catalyst Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a results-driven B2B outside sales professional for a territory spanning IL, IN, OH, WI, MN, IA with ~50% travel. You will combine consultative selling with account management to pursue engineered solutions and turnkey projects valued from $50k to $200k.

Join a team that backs you with engineers, inspection staff, and logistics to deliver seamless support. Expect an uncapped commission structure and a realistic OTE in the mid to high six figures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with and hitting or exceeding sales goals in appropriate subject area.
• 5+ years of experience selling noted B2B technical/engineered products/solutions.
• Skilled with technical/consultative selling - so find value, not just price.
• Excellent communication skills - on sites, with customers, in presentations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B outside sales in the IL, IN, OH, WI, MN, IA region with ~50% travel.
• Work with qualified leads and develop new opportunities; manage accounts.
• Prepare detailed quotations for site-specific engineered products and solutions.
• Present engineering and inspection services to customers, not just products.
