Trane Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive - Turnkey Projects in Portland, OR to build long-term customer relationships and deliver turnkey HVAC solutions. You will provide technical insights, develop pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client priorities with financial and operational goals.

The role requires a BS or equivalent HVAC sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in HVAC sales and related commercial experience.
• Experience in account management, project management, sales or turnkey solution delivery.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a robust 12-month sales pipeline with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage contracts, changes and negotiations.
• Travel to customer sites as required, with exposure to field conditions.
