HF Sinclair is seeking a seasoned Turnaround Planning Lead to oversee TA scope integration, scheduling, and contractor coordination for complex unit blocks. The role requires directing cross-functional teams, maintaining safety through all stages, and delivering high-quality work packages.

You will lead planning from pre-turnaround through post-turnaround, ensuring milestones are met, budgets adhered to, and operations are ready for re-commissioning.

Formación

• Ability to lead and direct a large work force for the execution of a major project or turnaround.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills and ability to build technical and operational capability.
• Good MS Office knowledge and strong negotiating, continuous improvement and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the TA planning team and coordinate scope across units and contractors.
• Drive pre-turnaround scope assessment and optimization, ensuring milestones.
• Lead turnover, safety and planning meetings to set priorities and actions.
• Audit crew mobilization and ensure safe work practices and productivity.
• Ensure field support from operations and discipline coordinators.
• Oversee post-turnaround startup and demobilization activities.
