HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas seeks an experienced Enterprise Construction Manager to lead standards, governance, and execution for capital projects, turnarounds, outages, and complex industrial work across multiple sites. You will strengthen owner-side construction management, contractor performance, safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

In this role you will drive readiness, planning, and field execution, align operations with project controls, procurement, EHS, and engineering, and report

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive construction management, capital projects, turnarounds, outages, or field leadership in heavy industry.
• Experience governing EPC/EPCM and contractor execution models in operating facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction readiness, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), WorkFace Planning, commissioning, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise construction standards, field execution governance, and owner accountability across sites.
• Oversee capital projects, turnaround work, and high-risk field execution.
• Align projects with Operations, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, Quality, and Contractors.
• Develop construction management capability through site leaders, project managers, and contractor oversight resources.
