Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Senior Turnaround Master Scheduler to lead the development and governance of refinery turnaround schedules. You will manage integrated Primavera P6 schedules, align scope with business objectives, and drive schedule integrity across field execution and contractor teams.

Required are 10+ years refinery scheduling experience and 5+ years in complex Turnaround scheduling, with proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years of refinery scheduling experience.
• At least 5 years in complex Turnaround scheduling.
• Strong understanding of refinery turnaround work and data analysis.
• Ability to coordiate schedules across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 turnaround schedules.
• Establish schedule logic, milestones, and critical path.
• Integrate scope, maintenance, operations, and contractor work scopes.
• Produce daily, weekly, and milestone progress reports.
• Lead schedule governance, baselines, and change management.
• Mentor planners and turnaround personnel in scheduling best practices.
