Formación

• 7+ years of Turnaround experience (Planning, TA/OP's Execution, Inspection) or Industrial Construction Project Management.
• Understanding of multiple refinery disciplines including mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to leverage software tools and cross-functional teams to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and schedule mechanical / piping planning resources supporting turnaround events.
• Support and facilitate turnaround-related meetings (weekly/monthly), Change Request meetings, and other planning activities.
• Develop team members and deliver a clear TA planning vision per department standards.
• Set team priorities based on scope, complexity, and timelines; mentor and share knowledge across teams.
