Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance/turnaround/construction.
• At least 5 years in planning and field supervision.
• Direct turnaround planning and execution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead TA scope and activities for a unit TA or block of units.
• Lead the unit/block TA Planning Team (TPT) with cross-functional representation.
• Oversee pre-turnaround activities and critical path optimization sessions.
• Lead daily turnover, safety and planning meetings with Contractors.
• Audit progress, ensure quality of final work packages and timely updates.
