Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a senior MPTA controls professional to lead estimating, forecasting, planning and scheduling for turnarounds, capital projects and routine maintenance at our Anacortes facility. You will supervise cost controllers/engineers/analysts, drive standardized processes, and ensure reporting accuracy for site management.

The role requires at least 10 years in planning, estimating, scheduling and maintenance management in process plants, with Primavera P6 and SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in planning, estimating, scheduling and construction/maintenance management in a process plant environment.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling and SAP preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; project controls certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPTA control processes for estimating, forecasting, planning and scheduling.
• Supervise controls personnel including HF Sinclair employees and contractors.
• Align controls with planning/scheduling functions and SAP integration.
• Develop standardized work processes and improvements for control activities.
• Prepare turnaround and project cost estimates and allocate overhead fairly.
