HF Sinclair Corporation in Anacortes, WA is seeking a Machinery Turnaround Coordinator to plan and oversee all machinery scope for site turnarounds. You will work with maintenance, procurement, and other disciplines to ensure effective execution and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years refinery mechanical experience with strong planning and field coordination for machinery tasks, and a diploma or GED is required. This role involves travel up to 25% and safety-first execution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of refinery experience in mechanical/machinery is required.
• 5 years experience in planning & field coordination of machinery work.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Refine workscope and develop early estimates for machinery scope.
• Plan and estimate all machinery work for the TA, coordinating with craft lines and technical groups.
• Oversee parts planning for machinery scope, including purchasing and storehouse parts.
• Develop plans to manage outside shop work during execution, including transportation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with contractors to develop TA execution strategy and review safety plans.
• Coordinate commissioning and start-up coverage for affected units.
• Track outside shop machinery repairs and ensure schedule adherence.
