Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to join the Turnaround Modernization capability within our Supply Chain and Engineering practice for energy clients. You will lead the end-to-end turnaround lifecycle, applying AI-enabled planning, data analytics and digital solutions to improve safety, cost and schedule outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and vendors, and contribute to market-facing solutions. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across turnaround, maintenance and reliability in refining or petrochemical industries.
• Experience leading major turnarounds and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data, digital and AI to improve turnaround performance.
• Ability to translate improvements into measurable business outcomes and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Accenture’s Turnaround Modernization capabilities and assets.
• Act as turnaround SME in client conversations, shaping solutions and value.
• Lead small to mid-sized teams (3-8) of consultants and engineers.
• Coach cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients and ecosystem partners.
• Support client origination, proposals and thought leadership.
• Drive change and growth, challenging legacy ways of working.
• Travel 0–100% as required by client needs.
