Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years across turnaround, maintenance or reliability in refining/petrochemical sectors.
• Experience leading turnaround projects and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end turnaround lifecycle from strategy to post-turnaround review.
• Lead front-end loading, milestone readiness and detailed work pack development.
• Coordinate scheduling, critical path analysis and contractor schedules.
• Monitor progress with earned value, productivity tracking and risk management.
• Drive safety, reliability, and cost targets through digital planning and AI-enabled tools.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with clients and ecosystem partners.
