Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for the Energy Turnaround Modernization practice in Chicago. You will lead end-to-end turnaround planning, scope definition, and execution across refining and petrochemical clients, leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize cost, duration and safety.

You will mentor teams, govern project delivery, and partner with clients to drive measurable improvements in performance and value realization. Travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across turnaround, maintenance and/or reliability in refining, petrochemical or similar process industries.
• Leadership experience on at least one major turnaround with understanding of maintenance, reliability and asset integrity influence on strategy and scope.
• Experience improving turnaround performance through process, data, digital and AI solutions with knowledge of planning/scheduling/EAM/CMMS platforms such as Primavera P6, SAP or IBM Maximo.
