Accenture is seeking a Manager for Turnaround Modernization within the Energy – Downstream sector, focusing on AI-enabled solutions and data-driven turnaround optimization. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape offerings and guide clients through end-to-end turnaround lifecycles.

You will coordinates with refinery operators, asset teams and digital specialists to deliver value, improve safety, and shorten turnaround durations while maximizing margins.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across turnaround, maintenance and/or reliability in refining, petrochemical or similar process industries, including hands-on experience across the end-to-end turnaround lifecycle.
• Experience leading major turnarounds and improving performance through data, digital and AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small to mid-sized teams (3-8) of consultants, engineers and technologists with diverse backgrounds, skills and knowledge.
• Act as turnaround subject matter expert in client conversations, shaping solutions and articulating value.
• Support client sales origination, proposal development and thought leadership development.
• Drive Turnaround Modernization capabilities including assets, accelerators and ecosystem partnerships.
• Travel may be required; manage projects across multiple sites as needed.
