Accenture is seeking an Energy Domain Leader who will drive enterprise-scale transformations for oil, gas, and energy clients using data, cloud, AI, and digital technologies. You will guide advisory work across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Low Carbon value chains.

The role emphasizes leadership in digital operating models, data modernization, and cross‑functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas/Energy industry with advisory experience.
• Proven track record mentoring global delivery teams across large-scale transformations.
• Experience in business development and executive-level solutioning.
• Bonus if you led modern enterprise architecture initiatives leveraging Cloud and AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
• Lead data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization, and platform engineering.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead high-value pursuits.
