Accenture is seeking a Turnaround Modernization Manager in the energy sector to lead end‑to‑end refinery turnarounds. You will guide turnaround programs across strategy, planning, execution and post‑turnaround review, and you will coach teams of consultants, engineers and technologists.

The role emphasizes AI and digital solutions to reduce cost and schedule risk, with opportunities to shape offerings, manage client relationships, and deliver measurable value. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across turnaround, maintenance and/or reliability in refining, petrochemical or similar process industries.
• Leadership experience on at least one major turnaround.
• Experience improving turnaround performance through process, data, digital and AI solutions.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Turnaround strategy readiness, TAR interval and run-length optimization with margin objectives.
• Scope definition, RBI inputs, and removing non-value-adding work.
• Planning and scheduling excellence with detailed work packs and critical paths.
• Execution, control, progress measurement and schedule recovery.
• Materials, contractor logistics and safety handover to ensure on-time startup.
