Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior turnaround leader to support refining and petrochemical clients across the lifecycle—from strategy through startup—delivering measurable improvements in schedule, cost, and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in turnaround with leadership of 3-8 consultants, and experience with Primavera P6, SAP or IBM Maximo. Travel may be required to meet client needs and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across turnaround, maintenance and/or reliability in refining, petrochemical or similar process industries.
• Experience leading major turnarounds with understanding of maintenance and asset integrity.
• Experience improving performance using process, data, digital and AI solutions.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate into practical, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support turnaround lifecycle from strategy through startup for refining/petrochemical clients.
• Lead small to mid-sized teams (3-8) of consultants and engineers.
• Manage scheduling, planning, and execution controls including EV and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to shape solutions and articulate value.
• Travel may be required, up to 100% depending on project needs.
