Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to drive energy industry transformations, combining oil & gas expertise with AI, cloud and digital technologies. You will shape enterprise-wide programs, modernize data platforms, and guide architecture roadmaps while nurturing C-suite relationships and growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and Low Carbon value chains, with travel as needed. A strong track record in advisory and delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream domains.
• Minimum 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
• Minimum 10 years business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• Bonus if you have led modern enterprise architecture initiatives with Cloud, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Energy Domain Leadership: advise energy clients on end-to-end operations and enterprise challenges; drive digital operating models and data ecosystems.
• Data & Digital Transformation: lead enterprise data modernization, governance and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Technology Leadership: define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, app modernization and platform engineering; deploy AI-driven automation.
• Client & Growth Leadership: cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
• Travel may be required; travel amount varies 0–100%.
