Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior professional to lead turnaround projects in refining and petrochemicals, driving AI-assisted planning and digital modernization. You will guide end-to-end lifecycle, from strategy to post-turnaround review, while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with clients to deliver measurable value.

Role requires 5+ years in turnaround/reliability, strong leadership, and experience with Primavera P6, SAP or Maximo.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience across turnaround, maintenance and/or reliability in refining, petrochemical or similar process industries.
• Leadership experience on at least one major turnaround project.
• Experience improving turnaround performance using process, data, digital and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround lifecycle activities across strategy, scope, planning, execution and post-turnaround review.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (3-8 consultants, engineers, technologists).
• Support client sales origination, proposal development and thought leadership.
