Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax planning, and customer support for TurboTax customers in person, while building relationships in your local community.

This role emphasizes proactive community engagement, client growth, and delivering exceptional customer service within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location (20+ hrs/week).
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software-assisted tax filings for various scenarios.
• Grow the TurboTax client base and nurture long-term client relationships in the local community.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and community events.
