Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, and grow the local client base through community outreach.

The role emphasizes in-person customer service, a trusted advisor approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity in communities.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and grow local TurboTax client base.
