Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs with in-person support and software guidance.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and engage the local community to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active tax license holders (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, including weekends.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software-assisted filings for personal and business returns.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
