Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building lasting client relationships in the local community. The role emphasizes community engagement, education on tax topics, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active licensing as a tax professional (EA/CPA or attorney).
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach and engage prospects, turning them into clients.
• Deliver best-in-class service and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Support marketing efforts to grow the local TurboTax client base.
