Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to grow a local client base while delivering accurate tax preparation and personalized advice.

This on-site role requires a proactive, customer‑driven approach, with opportunities to build lasting relationships and contribute to TurboTax marketing and service initiatives within your community.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted license (EA, CPA, or attorney) and tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN active as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at TurboTax location; weekends and at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; frontline retail role.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to reach communities.
